This is a wonderful cart cover. It covers the entire part of the cart that the baby may touch. I also love the over the shoulder straps. My daughter has just started sitting on her own and these straps helped secure her. The seat has some cushion and the zipper bag that hangs in front is great for my things. It is very easy to put on the cart and stays put. There are some tabs on the front to hook toys so they can't be thrown from the cart. When the shopping has been completed the cover easily rolls up into itself. So far I have no complaints!
